We operate a gas-fired continuous heat treatment facility with a data logging system to handle normalizing, ISO thermal annealing, hardening, tempering with oil, polymer, or water quench, and induction hardening. A fourth heat treatment line with an online SCADA system boosts capacity and meets CQ-9 standards reliably.
We maintain precise temperature control and full process tracking for consistent results.
