Forge Shop
We have world class forging presses of 1000 Ton(2 nos.), 1600 Ton(2 nos.), 2500 Ton, 4000 Ton & 1000 Ton Hydraulic press.
All Forging presses are supported with induction billet heaters with pyrometer & three way accept-reject system for precise temperature controlled heating of material prior to forging.
Forge Finish
To ensure that quality and precision is maintained in every forged component, Sunstar uses coining press for sizing a straightening of forged components, shot-blasting machines for scale removing and latest MPI machines to ensure crack free forgings.
