State of the art gas fired continuous heat treatment facility equipped with Data logging system to perform all important Heat Treatment process like Normalizing, ISO Thermal Annealing, Hardening & Tempering (Oil, Polymer & Water quenchant as media) and Induction Hardening, also to further increase the heat treatment capacity, added 4th heat treatment line with online SCADA system to meet the CQ-9 requirement.
