Inspection & Testing

Lab is equipped with metallurgical laboratory, comprising Spectrometer, Programmable Micro-Vickers, Tensile test machine, Image analyzer with updated microscope to inspect raw material with high accuracy, also have a Portable Spectrometer for inspection of incoming raw material to ensure right Quality of steel.
CNC CMM from Zeiss for validation of machined components, fixtures, gauges, etc. and Mitutoyo Contour Measuring system to check angle, radius, chamfer & grove etc.
